The most famous German Christmas treat… all year round at doitsupan.com. This addictive German Christmas Cake comes a little bit tweaked for modern 21st century palettes. First we cut butter and sugar by 30% to appeal to calorie conscious customers. In this spirit, we substitute 25% white flour with whole wheat flour and we only use brown bio cane sugar (except for the white powder sugar blanket on top, of course) and low fat quark (yoghurts) to keep our Stollen in shape. The amazing thing is the taste!!! With being calorie conscious and pro-bio, you would think, that our Stollen’s taste has to suffer…
